the staff were super helpful, especially ted in the bar and restaurant, he really went outta his way for us. the breakfasts were nice, but started way too late at 8am. nice comfy room too, clean and spacious. overall, even tho the hotel was a bit pricey, the staff definitely made it better.

Comfortable Stay with Great Views

Our family enjoyed a spacious quadruple room with king-sized beds and a stunning balcony view of the Quay. The pool was enjoyable, especially for kids. Breakfast selections were decent—try the fresh pastries! Remember to check the temperature before settling in, as it can get quite warm.

Had a fantastic stay! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the beautifully presented dishes. Plus, the pool area was a lovely retreat after our adventures. The room's decor, however, didn't quite match the stunning images online.

I really loved that the hotel was just a short stroll of about 900 meters to the Peace Gardens and only about 500 meters from the vibrant Sheffield Winter Gardens, making it easy to explore these lovely spots during my weekend getaway.

we really enjoyed our stay at best western! the location was perfect, close to the quays, and the hotel was in good condition. the onsite livingwell health club was amazing with a great indoor pool. the peaceful atmosphere really helped us relax.

Had a solid stay, the staff were friendly enough and the fish and chips I had for dinner were spot on. The breakfast was decent too, can't complain about that.

The location near Ponds Forge made it convenient for activities, and the pool was a nice bonus. the experience was marred by insufficient room maintenance. the noisy refrigerator disrupted our sleep, and the shower had pressure issues. Despite raising these concerns, staff responses were lacking and unhelpful. No follow-up from management added to the frustrations during the stay.
